Basic $197 · VIP $297 — Early Bird saves $50 through 9.12.26

You already know how to work hard.

That was never the problem.

You've done CrossFit. Signed up for a half marathon. You're moving, but you still don't feel like yourself.

It's all or nothing with you: five days a week and perfect meals, or completely off the wagon. There's no in between, and you're exhausted by both ends of it.

You've hit the goal before. Lost the plan right after. Gained it back within a few months.

You keep telling yourself you just want to be "consistent," as if that's ever actually been the problem.

You know exactly how hard you can push. You just haven't had a coach or a team to push for in years.

You're a perfectionist, if we're being honest. A generic program was never going to cut it.

Here's The Actual Problem

This Was Never About Discipline

I spent years being told exactly how to train, how to eat, when to show up, and what I was working toward. Then my sport ended, and somehow I was supposed to know how to do all of that on my own. I gained almost 80 lbs trying to figure it out alone before I realized the truth:

I needed to redefine what being an athlete looked like now

And that's exactly where the all-or-nothing kicks in. When you had a team, the intensity was decided for you: practice was practice, rest day was rest day. Once that structure disappeared, so did the middle ground. It became all in or all out, because nobody ever taught you what sustainable actually looks like for an athlete.

That's what The Athlete's Edit is built to do.

Not another challenge - a season, with a team, a standard, and a coach again.

Meet Your Coaches

Coach Julia

I’ve always been the athlete in my family! Growing up, I played a ton of sports, but rowing was the one that stuck. It led me to achieve my dream of rowing Division I at Clemson University.

That experience shaped so much of who I am, but it also came with some deep struggles, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and an overwhelming pressure to “look like an athlete.” Rowing made me hyper-aware of my body because weight and power impacted boat placement. I constantly compared myself to others, saw myself as the “big girl,” and skipped meals to feel smaller, never realizing just how important it was to properly fuel my body.

After graduating, I moved to a new city, started working corporate, and tried to keep up with my old athlete routine. Cardio before work, lifting after but without a coach or a team, I hit burnout fast. My body was changing, I was gaining weight, and I had no idea how to navigate it. Group fitness classes didn’t help either, they only left me inflamed and exhausted. I felt broken, like I was doing everything right and still failing. I was frustrated and ashamed, thinking, “I was an athlete… I should know how to do this.” But the truth is, no one teaches you how to transition out of sport and into real life.

So I got certified, started coaching in gyms, hired a nutrition coach, and finally started learning how to fuel and move my body in a way that worked for me. I found a routine that made me feel strong again, built realistic expectations around food and training, and realized that there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. That’s what led me to create Redefined Athletics, to help former athletes as you transition from athlete life to everyday life.

I know how hard that shift can be when you lose the structure, the accountability, the identity. But I also know how empowering it is when you finally figure it out. My mission is to help ex-athletes feel less alone, reconnect with their body, and build a lifestyle that makes them feel confident, energized, strong, powerful, and badass AF.

Coach Natalie

My entire life I’ve been into sports whether it was on the court or watching a game. As I got to high school, tryouts for sports became difficult for me from social struggles, lack of desire to practice and move my body, eating habits that didn’t align with being an athlete; you name it, I went through it. And then I got cut and I really let myself go. I played club volleyball in college for 2 years, but after that I refused to call myself an athlete anymore. I didn’t think I deserved that title despite sports being such a big part of my life. And that’s when I realized that being an athlete didn’t just mean you played a sport.

My sophomore year of college, my roommate was a personal trainer, which really got me thinking. I worked on myself from what I learned from her and went on to get certified myself and train part time while teaching. Fast forward to my 5th year as a teacher, completely lost myself in binge and restrict cycles, overtraining, and hating the career path I chose. After a targeted ad, I hired an online coach and continued to educated myself on what was really needed to be strong and healthy. I learned how to hit my protocols, take care of my health outside of just workouts and nutrition, but still got fun coffees each week with my husband, went to dinner with friends, and said yes to social events. No only did I completely recomp my body, but I also found peace mentally and was able to truly live my life with no fears.

From there I realized how passionate I was about helping others see the success that I had. But I wanted to make sure that they were able to integrate it into their lifestyles just like I did. So, I renewed my certifications and after 6 years in education, submitted my resignation, set out to be a coach full time. I dove in before the school year ended and haven’t looked back since.

Before you join the roster

What if I haven't trained like an athlete in years?

That's exactly who this is for. You don't need to train like a college athlete to look and feel like one again. You need to know why you're eating, lifting, and recovering the way you are. That's what weeks 2-5 rebuild from the ground up.

What actually happens in the nutrition audit?

In week 2, you track what you're actually eating right now. I break it down for you on a personal Loom (real baseline calories and protein, not a generic number handed out blind), so week 5's fueling plan is built on truth, not a guess.

What if 8 weeks isn't enough?

For most women, 8 weeks is enough to prove what's possible, not enough to finish the job. This season takes you through Reignite and into the start of Recomp, our R3 Method. Refine (full body recomposition) is the next chapter, whether that's next season or going further with 1:1 coaching.

What's in the 6 week check in?

We measure your progress, look at how you are showing up, what your body is telling us and make adjustments as needed.

Your sport ended.
Your ambition didn't.

10–15 spots on this roster. Doors close September 18, 2026. After that, it's next season or nothing.
